The International Journal of Psychotherapy Practice and Research (IJPR) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to advancing the field of psychotherapy. Submission Process

• Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts electronically via dedicated submission portal. To ensure a streamlined process, please provide the submissions in PDF format. Each manuscript should include the following components: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Main Body of Text, and References. Author can find detailed guidelines on the Instructions for Authors page.
• For those who prefer an alternative submission method, authors are welcomed to submit a manuscript directly by emailing it to us. This option is designed to provide flexibility and convenience in managing the submissions. Manuscripts may be submitted directly via email here. 

Peer Review Process
The peer review process at IJPR is rigorous and thorough, ensuring that only the highest quality manuscripts are published. Each submission undergoes an initial screening by the editorial team to check for relevance and adherence to submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this initial check are then sent for single-blind review by at least two expert reviewers in the field.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, methodological soundness, ethical integrity, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field. The editorial board makes the final decision to accept the manuscript based on the reviewers' recommendations and the quality of the revision, if necessary.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
IJPR is committed to providing an economical Article Processing Charge (APC) that is competitive with other leading journals in the field. The APC is designed to be fair and encourage high-quality submissions, regardless of the publication fee. Authors are required to pay the publication fee or APC only upon acceptance of their manuscript.
