About The Journal


International Journal of Allergy (IJA) covers a wide range of topics including clinical research, basic science and epidemiology, exploring all aspects of allergic, immunologic, and rheumatologic and related diseases. The journal publishes original research articles, review articles and expert opinions.
 

IJA goal is to offer authors a platform to share their research with a worldwide audience and to enable readers to stay informed about the most recent advancements in this area. Additionally, the journal covers topics related to the development, diagnosis, treatment, and future outlook of these conditions. The editorial board consists of renowned experts and influential figures in the fields of allergies, immunology, and related subjects.

 

Submission Process:

IJA invites authors to submit manuscripts online at Journal Online. The manuscripts should follow the journal’s guidelines regarding length, content, and formatting. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a stringent peer-review process aimed to ensure their quality and authenticity. The journal also encourages authors to deposit their articles in any digital repository of their choice as it spreads the visibility and availability of the published work. Authors also have the option of publishing their research article as part of special issue.

  • Short Communications: Brief reports on novel or preliminary research findings related to allergies.
  • Case Reports: Detailed descriptions of individual clinical cases, focusing on rare or novel allergy-related conditions.
  • Letters to the Editor: Short commentaries, feedback, or responses to previously published articles in the journal.
  • Editorials: Expert opinions or perspectives on topics related to allergy and immunology.
     

Article Processing Charge:

IJA is a fully open access journal that encourages authors to publish their research quickly and cost-effectively. All articles published in the journal are made immediately and permanently free to access. Authors are required to pay a minimum article processing charge (APC) upon acceptance of their articles. The APC is a necessary step for the completion of the online submission process and to make the published article freely available to readers. The APC for IJA is designed to be reasonable and affordable to facilitate access to high-quality research for all.
