Biography
Jie Yin is affiliated with Capital Medical University, China, having previously studied at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Zhejiang University. His research focuses on the nutritional regulation of amino acids and peptides, with particular emphasis on how nutrients such as arginine, glutamate, cysteine, and methionine, as well as dietary interventions, affect growth performance, immune function, oxidative balance, and nutritional absorption. He has also investigated oxidative stress, including birth and weaning oxidative injury, antioxidant signaling pathways, the interplay between oxidative stress and inflammation, and the role of antioxidant agents such as amino acids in mitigating these effects.
