  • Dr. Ovissipour obtained his Ph.D. from Tarbiat Modares University (Tehran, Iran) in 2010 in Seafood Science and Technology.
  • He is working as research associate in School of Food Science at Washington State University, Pullman, WA, USA.
  • He is working on byproduct conversion, value added products, bioacitive compounds, and food safety.
