JNDC's electronic ISSN is 2377-2549. The ISSN identifies the continuing journal title.
Publication record
JNDC separates journal identifiers, DOI registration, metadata harvesting, discovery services, selective indexing and digital preservation so each claim can be understood accurately.
Identifiers establish the journal and its articles; they are not selective indexing services.
JNDC's electronic ISSN is 2377-2549. The ISSN identifies the continuing journal title.
Registered article DOIs use the prefix 10.14302. A DOI identifies an article and supports persistent citation linking; DOI registration is not journal-level indexing.
Open Access Pub exposes publication metadata through its OAI-PMH endpoint for standards-based harvesting.
Discovery services can surface individual articles from publisher metadata and the wider scholarly graph. Inclusion may vary by article and over time.
Google Scholar may discover scholarly articles made available on the journal website. This is article discovery, not a selective journal accreditation.
Scholarly-graph services may connect article metadata, authors, references and citations from multiple sources. Their records should be read as discovery records.
The CAS Source Index catalogs the journal title as Journal of New Developments in Chemistry, abbreviation J. New Dev. Chem., CODEN JNDCA9. A CASSI catalog record does not by itself establish current CAplus or SciFinder coverage.
Selective databases assess journal titles under their own coverage policies. JNDC lists a service in this category only when a current journal-level coverage record can be independently confirmed.
The CASSI title record is presented above in its correct category. DOI registration, ISSN registration, Google Scholar discovery, scholarly-graph records and ORCID display are not presented as selective indexing.
Eligible NIH-funded manuscripts may be deposited individually in PubMed Central through the NIH Manuscript Submission System (NIHMS). Deposit of an individual manuscript does not indicate that JNDC is indexed at the journal level in PubMed, MEDLINE, or PubMed Central.
Preservation concerns the long-term continuity of the scholarly record and is distinct from discovery and indexing.
JNDC is included under Open Access Pub's Portico digital-preservation program. As articles are deposited, they enter Portico's permanent archive for long-term preservation.

This journal’s content is committed to Portico, a not-for-profit digital-preservation archive run by ITHAKA (the organization behind JSTOR). As articles are deposited they enter Portico’s permanent archive, so the scholarly record stays available for the long term — even if a title one day ceases to publish. Read our preservation policy.
