Who should apply

We welcome researchers and clinicians with expertise in pharmaceutical science, drug delivery, clinical pharmacy, regulatory science, or related disciplines. Early career reviewers are encouraged to apply if they have relevant publications.

Selection process

Applications are reviewed for expertise and alignment with JAPST scope. Qualified applicants are added to the reviewer database and contacted when suitable manuscripts arrive. We prioritize diverse expertise and geographic representation globally. Prior review experience is helpful but not required.

How to register

Email your details to [email protected] with "JAPST Reviewer Application" in the subject line. We will confirm reviewer eligibility and add you to our reviewer database. Expect confirmation within two to three weeks depending on volume.

Create your reviewer profile in ManuscriptZone so we can match you to relevant manuscripts faster. If you already have an account, log in and update your expertise areas.

Time commitment

Reviewers typically complete 1 to 3 reviews per year, depending on expertise and availability. Deadlines are usually 7 to 14 days.
