Proposal Requirements
- Proposed Title: Descriptive and concise title
- Scope Statement: 300-500 word description of the theme
- Guest Editor CVs: Brief bios of all proposed Guest Editors (1-3)
- Timeline: Proposed dates for call, deadline, and publication
- Potential Contributors: 5-10 potential authors
