Waivers and financial support

Waiver consideration is available through an individual request process.

Authors who need support should make their request at the time of manuscript submission, before any acceptance decision.

Country eligibility

Authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries, as classified by the World Bank, may be eligible for a partial waiver.
