Editorial Policies

Editorial policies are guidelines set by a publisher to define and regulate the content of publications. These standards help maintain the integrity of the work while providing direction to the editing team. Editorial policies often include requirements for topics, language, accuracy, formatting, and publication standards.

Open Access:

Open Access publishing allows authors to freely distribute their work without the need for a subscription. Published articles can be read, downloaded, copied, or redistributed at no cost. Authors can utilize the internet to expand the reach and impact of their publications by making their research freely available online.

Peer Review:

Our standard practice is single-blind peer review. However, authors have the option to choose double-blind peer review by omitting their names and affiliations from the paper and only including them in the cover letter.

Memberships:

By becoming a member, you may be charged a nominal fee to publish an unlimited number of articles during a specified period. Publication in an open access journal is completely exempt from author publishing fees, which are typically required. This offer is valid for a number of papers as long as you are a subscriber to the aforementioned journal. Membership also provides various beneficial author services.

Article Processing Charges:

Open Access publications are freely accessible to people worldwide and do not require subscription fees. Therefore, authors are required to pay a one-time fee to cover the publishing house's expenses. Information about these charges can be obtained from the following link.

Funding Disclosure:

Funding details will be provided in the actual paper as well as in the article's online and PDF versions, only if there are any financial details to be included in this section.

Animal Research:

Laboratory animals must be handled with care and in compliance with established regulations. All safety precautions taken during experiments must be documented to avoid potential legal infractions. Falsified research and scientific fraud will not be tolerated, and individuals engaging in such misconduct will face severe repercussions. Copyright violations are also considered unethical and will not be tolerated.

Human Subjects Research:

Consent from all individuals involved in the study should be obtained only after outlining potential outcomes or any other relevant circumstances, including the consequences of the experiment's failure. Strict confidentiality and privacy must be maintained when necessary. Excessive rewards should not be used as a means of manipulating the public or individual participants.

Copyright and License:

We have permission to use your work under the CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE, which allows copying and distribution as long as the creator is properly cited. The authors retain full ownership of the copyright and all publishing rights. All articles published under this license must be easily and freely accessible to the general audience and can be read, downloaded, copied, and distributed as long as the aforementioned license is strictly followed.

Ethics:

It is crucial that everyone involved in the publication process adheres to ethical principles. While we provide a comprehensive list of expected ethical behavior for each role, we also adhere to the standards established by COPE and ICMJE. We strongly encourage our editors, reviewers, and authors to familiarize themselves with the COPE and ICMJE websites for more information.

Plagiarism Detection:

To ensure the originality of papers during the verification process, CrossCheck and Ithenticate are utilized. If a paper is found to contain plagiarized material, it will be rejected, and the author will receive a report for their records.

Duplicate Publication:

Falsification refers to conducting research and recording it without following the necessary procedures to achieve the desired outcome. This practice is entirely incorrect.

Corrections to Published Work:

Any necessary corrections will be handled in accordance with COPE rules and indicated by CrossMark to maintain the accuracy and availability of current data.

Advertising and Sponsorship:

At present, we do not feature any advertisements in our journals. While third-party advertisements are not currently encouraged, internal adverts may be considered in the future. For inquiries about advertising opportunities, please contact us at [email protected]. We are currently not reliant on any sponsorships.

Figure Quality:

Detailed titles and legends must accompany figures to ensure readability and comprehension. Legends should be placed just beneath the corresponding figure.
